How to take it
Recommended dose:

- Prevention or maintenance: 1 ml (20 drops) per day.
Instructions for use:
- Leave the drops under the tongue for 20 seconds for optimal sublingual absorption.
- They can also be diluted in a little water, juice, or infusion.
- We recommend taking 1 ml in the morning and 1 ml at midday.
- For best results, a minimum of 3 months of treatment is recommended.
